       本试剂采用捕获法和胶体金免疫层析法原理定性检测人全血、血清或血浆样本中的基孔肯雅病毒IgM抗体，可用于临床基孔肯雅病毒早期感染的辅助诊断。本试剂仅供体外诊断使用。

【检验方法的局限性】

1.      本品仅用于体外诊断，仅供检测人体全血、血清或血浆样本。

2.      本检测方法用于定性试验，不能确定样本中基孔肯雅病毒IgM抗体的含量。

3.      本品的检测结果只作为临床检测的辅助诊断，不能作为确诊依据。医生应结合其他临床检测方法及临床数据做综合判断。
