测试程序Binax NOW 呼吸道合胞病毒抗原快检卡

1. 测试前将装置从锡箔中取出平放在工作台上。
2. 将移液头插入液体样本中，挤压上部吸球吸液。当吸液头部注满液体后松开吸球，这将会把液体吸入移液管中。移液管下部不要产生空气。
3. 看检测装置上的箭头找到白色样本垫，通过挤压上部吸球，慢慢将移液管中液体全部（100μl）加入到样本垫的中部。
4. 立即从检测装置中揭去粘附衬，合上并密封装置，15分钟时读窗口中的结果。早于或晚于15分钟结果可能不准确。

注意：读结果时，如有必要，将装置倾斜以减少眩光。

结果解释

对阴性标本，窗口底部的蓝色对照线变紫红色，无其他线出现。

对阳性标本，蓝色对照线变紫红色，上部的样本线也变紫红色。

如果对照线仍为蓝色或根本没有出现，试验结果无效。

对无效试验，用一新的检测装置重做。如果问题没有解决，电告Binax技术部。

④原虫的致病作用常与同时存在的病原微生物有协同作用。如肠道无病原菌的豚鼠，按种的溶组织内阿米巴不侵入肠粘膜，而同时接种细菌时，则发生肠粘膜溃疡。
